We did our mortgage through Bona and were very impressed with her knowledge, patience and professionalism.  Due to her recent move to Ontario we were unable to meet with her in person in BC to discuss our mortgage and do up all our paperwork.  But even at a distance Bona made the mortgage process streamlined and easy for us.  We were able to get everything done quickly and effectively via telephone and fax; it was like she was right here with us.  Since we were new to the mortgage world, Bona helped us walk through the process and was always available for us when we had questions or concerns.  We would definitely go through Bona again to do our mortgage!
